In your first 30 days you will complete your dream company targeting exercise, begin the Anthropic Academy learning path, start building your first AI portfolio project, and have your resume and LinkedIn optimized for ATS and recruiter visibility. Most students have their first targeted outreach to hiring managers in motion within three weeks of starting. The first 30 days are the highest-activity phase of the program — by the end of them you will have more momentum than most candidates generate in six months of solo job searching.
The core curriculum runs eight weeks in cohort format. Support and coaching continue beyond the cohort until you have your offer. Students who are highly active and have strong transferable backgrounds sometimes land offers within the cohort window. Students navigating more complex transitions — visa situations, non-traditional backgrounds, or very competitive target companies — sometimes take longer. We are with you either way.
Both. You receive one-on-one coaching for resume and portfolio reviews, interview preparation, and offer negotiation. You also participate in group coaching sessions where you learn from the experiences of other students who are in similar situations — and where you will often find that the questions you were afraid to ask are the exact questions everyone else has too.
